He has woken up in the past, our present. He does not want to fall asleep again. He does not want to return to the devastated land of the future. Throughout the night he witnesses our revelry, us naive Lilliputians, and cannot believe his eyes. A surrealist performance combining puppetry and projection. The Man Who Cannot Sleep is a gargantuan emissary from the world of dreams. It is an ode to a civilization on the verge of collapse. Conceived by Magic Lantern Studio’s Gonzalo Varela and realised in collaboration with Sanctum Theatre’s Lachlan Plain. The Man Who Cannot Sleep premieres at White Night 2018.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;45px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;45px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1/3&#8243;][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8470&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8088&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]</video:description><video:content_loc>https://vimeo.com/275601767</video:content_loc></video:video></url></urlset>
